WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

UK: Standard shipping with Royal Mail tracked delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. I go to the post office once a week to send out the orders, but if you need them sooner, send me a message and I will do a special trip.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order then send me a message and I will process a refund. If the product has already been dispatched we can then arrange a return & refund.

 

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I RETURN MY SOCKS OR GLOVES?

We're so sorry you didn't love your Wildss Socks or Gloves! As long as you haven't worn the product in the water, we are happy to arrange a return or an exchange for another size/print. Please send us a message with your order number and the products you would like to return, and we'll take care of the rest.
